The house is one and a half bathroom, with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area and the house is in an excellent, quiet cul-de-sac. The other three housemates are all female and are friendly and sociable. Bills (gas, electric, internet) come to roughly £25 in all and so are very cheap. Applicants of either gender and of any level of study welcome. The room is available immediately and needs to be filled by October. It is a very spacious bedroom with two build in wardrobes (So plenty of space), a chest of drawers, a book shelf and a desk.
