I am a 22-years-old student from Germany and I'm going to start my postgraduate studies in M.Sc. Sustainable Development this year. Therefore I'd like to rent a room close to the uni.

Some facts about me:
- I don't smoke
- I like to chat and having people around me.
- I'm fun-loving and outgoing but I also enjoy staying at home for some lazy time.
- I have lived in a shared flat before and even in a shared room.

Room available in a four bedroomed house minutes from town centre. Rent is £445 a month with a ten month lease (the September month has been paid so you would only have to pay 9). The house is one and a half bathroom, with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area and the house is in an excellent, quiet cul-de-sac. The other three housemates are all female and are friendly and sociable. Bills (gas, electric, internet) come to roughly £25 in all and so are very cheap. Applicants of either gender and of any level of study welcome. The room is available immediately and needs to be filled by October. It is a very spacious bedroom with two build in wardrobes (So plenty of space), a chest of drawers, a book shelf and a desk.
