I have 1 room is available in a 4 bedroom flat on queens terrace for the 1st semester of 2012/2013 only.

£330 per month + bills

The room is a single bedroom with a separate study and shared bathroom. The house has a large communal living-room / dinning room and a well equipped kitchen. The whole house was recently redecorated this summer.

It's a great place, close to the center of town. Only on offer as I'm not at St Andrews for the 1st semester next year.
