Wanted a room/house/cottage from 2013

Hello,
I'm a postgraduate PhD student looking for a long-term let ideally for 3 years. I'm clean, tidy, friendly, and mature Spanish girl. I have a dog (5 month old lab, really adorable and well behaved) so I would rather to have a garden, double glazing and GCH. I also have a car so I would be interested in houses or cottages a little far from St Andrews as well.
