310 room along the coast for second term available

I have a single bedroom (though guests can be accommodated at a pinch) in a charming converted steading available. There's a large kitchen and lounge, with a tub/shower bathroom upstairs and the bedrooms. It is in Kingsbarns along the coast, with a very close bus stop (15min service to St. Andrews) and lots of beautiful walks through the countryside and along the beach.
The room (and adjacent study) is available for the second term, January/February to mid May, and is 310 plus utilities.
