Wanted 2 bed for 2013/14

So, my flatmate and I thought we'd attempt to get ahead of the game and post on here to see if anyone had/knows of any 2 bedroom flats in St andrews for next academic year.

My flatmate studies Geology and I study Neuroscience, we are both female and will both be going into our fourth and final year. We're both down-to-earth sensible people. We are only moving out of our current flat because the landlord is selling it.

Specifics: ideally the flat would have two bedrooms and a lounge, contract starting on 1st July, be no further out than Lamond drive and cost up to £480ppm unless bills are included. Though any variation on these we would still consider!
