I'm a final year female phd student. I'm looking for a room from this month (July) to around the mid/end of September. Could be in St Andrews or around, in Guardbridge, Leuchars or Cupar.. I'm clean, quiet, non-smoking with no pets. Thanks!

Hi,
I am leaving my current accommodation to go overseas next week, so am looking for someone to fill my room for the month of August. I would have to check with my landlord if you needed to move in for the last week in July too, but I don't imagine it will be a problem. It is a double room in a shared flat, fully furnished, in St Andrews. The rent is £400 for the month, including bills/internet/sky. Unfortunately it is not available for September though. Yes it is a problem for September but I figured I'd ask since it would cover you for at least one month! I leave this weekend. I usually check my emails more than the sinner so its better to contact me via pc77@st-andrews.ac.uk.
