I have 1 double room still available from start September 2013 till end of February 2014 in a well presented 2 bed flat. The flat is in the lovely village of Ceres, only a 10/15 minute drive from St. Andrews. The village also has a regular bus service to St. Andrews, a local shop, a fantastic butcher and 2 pubs :-) The bus is £15-£16/week for a unirider pass depending on how many weeks you buy at once and covers all of fife.

The living room and bathroom were refurbished to a very high standard. There is plenty of storage in the flat and it has its own private entrance. The kitchen is also a good size. The rent is £300 pcm TV licence, internet and basic phone package is included in the price but the price is exclusive of electricity and additional phone calls (bills are ~£35/month per person for electricity).
