Room available in flat near Morrisons for 2013/14 year

Available is single-room in a 2-bedroom shared flat at 43 Bobby Jones Place near Morrisons and Aldi; the rent is £375 + utilities (an additional £80 pounds or so to share covering water, gas and internet). You'll be sharing with a male research postgrad in mid-twenties. The common areas in the house consists of a furnished lounge/dining room combo, bathroom, newly renovated and well-stocked kitchen and plenty of storage. The bedroom itself consists of a large closet and a single bed (the tenant will have to provide her/his own desk and chair). The flat will be available starting Sept 4th, but the move-in date is otherwise flexible. The lease will be until 31 August 2014.
