My Landlady is looking to rent out room out as I will be leaving in December. This is her message

Double room available from December or January
Very flexible dates and no minimum stay. Prefer a female but any mature in outlook student. Must like dogs though as one in house. Share with woman house owner and dog. House by Albany Park/East Sands.
£400 per month in advance with £200 deposit. (If staying less than a month full rent in advance for period of stay) Includes utilities and internet.
