Room available in 3 bedroom house from beginning of December.

The room is 465 plus shared bills (30-40 pounds/month for water, gas, internet, TV) with an en-suite toilet and a shared bathroom. The house is located near Albany Park and has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, conservatory and a garden enclosed. From end of Dezember there will be only two tennants. A postgrad for longer-term rent (6,9,12 months) is preferred.
