2 person flat, the other room is occupied by a male 3rd year undergrad. He's happy to live with anyone. I am a postgrad and I've had no problems living with him.

£390 + bills. Dishwasher, washing machine, usual amenities. Nice little garden out back. Neighbours are cool. Tv license and internet are sorted.

Flat is with Murray Donald. They are about as good as Landlord's get in St. Andrews. They fix things when they break but generally leave you alone. They will ask you to fill in some forms and pay a deposit of £390. From previous experience there has been no issue getting deposits back.
