The rent is ~£385 per month starting from the 1st September until August next year. Heating/electricity averages about £40 per month. The flat is fully kitted out with amenities and even has a dishwasher, fancy stuff.

The room itself is a double and comes with a large desk + chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

I'm preferably looking for a post-grad to share with, although it's not necessary, someone who is respectful and tidy, male or female.


A little about me: I'm a 23 year old maths student. I'm fairly quiet but friendly and always willing to lend a hand if needed. I sing in an a capella group in the university which keeps me quite busy!
