We're looking for a new housemate, from 5th September till beginning of December. The room is 380 plus shared bills (water, gas, internet, TV) with a shared bathroom. There is the option to move into a bigger bedroom (with toilet ensuite) from 1st December, which is 465 plus shared bills.
The house is located near Albany Park and has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, conservatory and a garden enclosed.
