Cheap room for second semester

£275 a month so extremely cheap for St Andrews. Term January to June. House with garden shared with two postgraduates, 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of town, less to the largest and cheapest supermarkets. Gender not important, postgraduates preferred but anyone reasonably clean and quiet would be welcome.
