Spacious single room available at number 34 Bell Street (directly above Aikmans!) costing £535 per month (+ bills) starting from NOW until the end of June 2014.I have had to leave St Andrews due to health reasons therefore urgently seeking a student (of any academic year) to rent my room ASAP and live with two very amiable and easygoing boys (one 4th year English student and one 3rd year Physics student).The Georgian flat is very sunny and is 2 storeys - there is a large communal kitchen/living room (with leather sofas)/utility room with high ceilings, one bedroom and a small toilet on the first floor. The second floor has the the other bedroom, plus the available bedroom and a large bathroom complete with bath, shower and toilet.The bedroom itself is sunny, very well furnished (comfy bed!) and has great views of bell streets st and the overlooking rooftops. The upper floor is especially well insulated, with double glazing etc in the bedrooms.
