4th Housemate Wanted for Next Year

Three lovely 3rd years are looking for a 4th housemate to fill our Fraser Avenue house for next year. A double room is available and although it is situated a 15min walk from town, just by aldi, rent is cheap at £334pcm (for 10 months starting 1 Sept 2011).
