3rd flatmate wanted for stunning flat

We are a couple of quiet and hardworking, going-into-4th years looking for a third flatmate for the period 1st Septmeber 2011 to 31st May 2012.

The modern, ground floor flat is a healthy walk or short cycle outside the town center and is fully equipped with freeview, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The flat is situated in a new housing development which accomodates both students and families creating a very friendly atomsphere. Nearby fields, woods and cycle routes present a very laid back form of recreation.

There is a choice between 2 bedrooms - both doubles with their own bathroom and due to the arrangement of the flat there is a negotiable price difference between them.

Ideally we are looking for a quiet, cheerful, clean and tidy fellow student, potentially postgrad.
