2 Housemates needed - 2011/12 academic year

2 Housemates needed for a 4 bedroom house for the 2011/12 academic year. Would be open to single people looking for a room, it's not necessary for the rooms to go to two friends looking together. Current residents are both girls, a second year Medic and second year IR student.

The address is 10 Nelson Street (a 5 - 10 minute walk to town), it's a 12 month lease at £95 per week, bills not included. The internet and phone cost about £5.50 each a month, and the heating was £85 each for the coldest three months so that's the most expensive it gets.

The rooms available are one large room and a smaller room, both single beds.

House has 2 bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom is large with a shower and a bath. Spacious kitchen/ living room with washing machine and dish washer. Fully equipped with pot and pans, plates, bowl, cutlery etc.
