Flat available May/June-September for postgrad

I'm a current MLitt student who will be writing my dissertation from my home in the US this summer, but I have a lease on a university-owned flat until September so I'm looking for another postgrad who doesn't already have university housing who would want to take over my lease (I'm technically leaving May 31, but can be out sooner if it means finding someone to take over my room).

The flat itself is pretty awesome: it's right on South St, less than five minutes walk to pretty much anywhere in town, large kitchen, a bedroom AND a study room for your use, a private bathroom with tub, and pretty much everything here is new and in good condition (I think the university renovated this set of flats within the last year or so).

It's £135/wk + electric (I paid maybe £40 for Sept-Nov).
