Two girls going into fourth year, looking for a third flatmate, either male or female, for our house on Melbourne Place (just down from the Shell garage) for 2011/2012 academic year. The rent is 480 a month, excluding bills, and we are both friendly and tidy. All bedrooms have double beds, and we also have a garden.
