Flatmate needed for April and May

We are a guy and a girl looking for a third flatmate for April and May in a big georgian house in hepburn gardens. The room is large with a double bed, and the house has dishwasher/washing machine and dryer with a large shared front room, and plenty of storage space. Rent be approximately £ 400,- including bills/wi-fi plus council tax (if applicable).
The ideal flatmate would be male/female 20 years or above (mature student or professional), tidy and non smoker.
