Hello, I'll have a room available from July 2011 onward and another room available from Jan-May 2012. I'm a third year PhD student that will be leaving St Andrews at the end of Nov or beginning of Dec and I need to find someone to share my flat with me until I leave, and someone to take over my room once I leave.

I keep my flat very clean and do not throw wild parties and I'm looking for a mature student, postgrad preferred, who shares the same traits. Slobs will be punished severely. If you do not know how to take out the rubbish or clean a bathroom look elsewhere. The flat is located on a quiet street and it's only about a 5 minute walk to the west port. The kitchen is fully stocked and I'll be leaving a lot of my plates and cookware when I move out. Fellow Xbox enthusiasts are certainly welcome as mine provides stress relief regularly. The rooms are good size and the living area is spacious. Rent is 345 plus half of the phone/internet/electric.

Room 1: July 2011 to May 2012, if you need something like Aug/Sept to May that is fine.

Room 2: January 2012 to May 2012.
