Looking for an accomodation (Starting May/June 2001 to more)

Hi,
I'm a 25 french male Postgraduate (going to his 2nd year PhD in Chemistry), and I'm looking for an accommodation on St Andrews area. I'm leaving my current house at the end of June 2011 because it's an University accommodation, so I'd like to find another one around this date. I Can move a bit before, like the end of May if it's necessary.

I don't really care if the flat is quite far from St Andrews town center, I just want to find a nice place to leave with nice flatmates. Total rent (without bills like electricity, Tv, Internet, ...) shouldn't be more than 400 £ per month, and I would prefer to live with other postgrads or last year undergrads.

I'm really easy living and easy going. I'm somebody friendly and quite quiet who take care about my flatmates and respect them.
