One room available in a beautiful 4-bed flat, very centrally located just above Starbucks on Market Street. Light and spacious living room, fully-fitted kitchen with ice-dispensing fridge and dining table, 3 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 power shower). Each bedroom comes with study desk and plenty of storage space, plus lovely heavy-wooden beds.

You would be sharing with three girls, all going into 4th year. We are very clean, tidy, easy-going and up for a laugh, but will also be working hard given our final year deadlines. Age/gender no concern. Rent £107 per week, 12 month lease commencing 1st July 2011. You would only be required to pay half the normal deposit (£240) and sign lease by 20th May.
