I am an undergraduate student returning for academic reasons for the summer. am looking for,
available asap - August
not more than 400 pcm
in/ close to town

am willing to share with flatmate, amiable, reasonably clean and tidy.

am currently overseas but am planning to arrive in town by 20/6.
