I have a double room available in the lovely village of Ceres, only a 10/15 minute drive from St. Andrews. The village also has a regulary bus service to St. Andrews, a local shop, a fantastic butcher and 2 pubs :-)

The living room and bathroom have recently been refurbished to a very high standard and the bedroom on offer has a king size bed in it and lots of storage. The kitchen is also a good size. The rent is £280 pcm + elec bills (~£30/month) and TV licence. It would be up to yourself if you wish to arrange phone / internet.

The date of entry can be negotiated (from the start of September onwards) as can the length of the lease, however, longer leases are preferred.

Initially, you would be sharing with one other female postgraduate student who is very quiet and easy to get on with.
