Summer accommodation available in a beautiful and spacious furnished house in Guardbridge. It has very spacious bed rooms, a lovely furnished kitchen with nice tiling, handmade wooden surfaces, dining table and all the mod-cons. Bathroom has spacious shower/bath and is in great, clean condition. Finally, it has a big lounge with sofas and a 2nd dining table.

The rent is £230 pcm (excluding bills). The rooms are available for the months of July and August but in case someone wants to move in earlier than that, it should be no problem.

It's located 5 mins bus journey from Uni/ St Andrews town. All St Andrews-Dundee buses stop at Guardbridge (which is 1 bus every 15 minutes). The bus stop is right in front of the house.
