Wanted: 2 bedrooms

We are two guys currently in 3rd year looking for rooms that are either available now or for 2013-14. Budget-wise we are pretty fluid. We are willing to consider flats that have more than 2 bedrooms or shared with others. We like to keep our place clean and our noise down.
