WANTED: A Place to live for Academic Year 2013/2014

Hi,
I urgently need a place to live for the upcoming academic year, preferably a room in a house with a lovely garden. ) I'm currently 1st year Neuroscience student, female. It is preferable if the property is located either 1. in town centre or 2. near Morrisons. I'm living in a private house right now, however my landlord just decided not to renew my tenancy for the next year simply because she wants to rent it to her friend. So I really do have experiences, e.g. dealing with recycle bins, fire alarm check, gardening etc. I'm a clean, quiet and responsible person, having no pets, and I care a lot about the property and its conditions (So if you prefer postgrads for the mentioned reason, please consider me!).
