Double room available in St A, £375 pcm

I'm after a new housemate for immediate (within the next month) move in which would ideally not be a student. I'm currently a postdoc therefore I prefer a non-student as it makes more sense from a council tax perspective, but PhD students and mature undergrads will also be considered.

The house is on Freddie Tait Street in St Andrews (in the area you get to by turning off the main road at Aldi). The house is a big size for two people, well insulated, has hall, lounge, kitchen, two double bedrooms and upstairs bathroom, sheds for bikes etc. The landlords are a retired couple who are nice&friendly and visit a few times a year. The rent is £375/month (plus bills) which is isn't bad in St Andrews terms.
