Hi Ilinica,

We have a spare room to let any time from now, in our four-bedroom house on Ruthven Place. We're not postgrads, but you'd be living with two very studious and friendly undergrads, and another graduate who's working at the university. They're all lovely girls; quiet and tidy, but friendly, and great housemates - it sounds like you'd fit in great with them!

It's a big house in a quiet area, close to Morrisons and Aldi, and about a 15-20 minutes scenic walk into town. The rent's just £350 a month plus bills.
