Room on East Sands available 2nd Semester (Jan-May 2014)

Hey, so due to circumstances I'll be on a leave of absence next semester and my room will be available from January - May of 2014. The house is located on Balfour Place on east sands and is located on the water with a good view of the sea. The room is a single bedroom en-suite. There is a washer & dryer as well as a garage which can be used if you have a car or simply want to use as storage space for anything else. The kitchen, dining room and living room is common space with my roommate, who is currently a 3rd year. He is quiet and likes to keep the place clean so if you are interested I ask that you do as well. It is well heated and has a good internet connection. Currently I am paying £650 a month but am willing to consider reasonable offers. There are many other things that come with the place, the details of which are in the link below as well as pictures.
