Hi everyone, I have a room in a lovely flat available January 1st (I am flexible regarding the move out dates so it can be before or after). The flat is centrally located on North St (near the library) and is £430 a month, excluding bills/wifi. Room is spacious, with a double bed and a large wardrobe. is it possible to just rent the flat for a month?? coz my house is going to be refurbished for at least a month due to a burst pipe but I need a palce to study for my exams. It would be really helpful if you vould do that. I also sent you an email to your account. Please do tell me your answer asap coz it's kind of emergency really. Thanks a lot.
