Flatmate Needed - Mid Feb - May (Short term)

Hi,

I am looking for a female flatmate to share a twin room with me and my boyfriend. The property is a small but cozy and lovely holiday house plus is in great location. (just right next to the Rusacks Hotel (KY169JG). It is a good location. The house has one double room, one twin room, bathroom, living room and a fully fitted kitchen. Pictures are available upon request but as I mentioned before its now a holiday house so we cannot arrange any viewing...The lease begins form mid Feb till the end of May and the rate will be 400 pounds pcm plus bills. Ideally I prefer a postgrad student as I am a PhD student and I need a quiet place to study.
