I am a first year Psychology student looking for a available room starting September. I don't mind it not being in the center, and if possible the price not to be over 350. I am sociable, tidy, and will definitely respect my other flatmates

That's utter, utter boswellox.

I pay £345, and I'm just off North Street. Couple of friends live by Morrisons', both in very nice houses, one's paying £325 and the other £340. Another group of friends, on largo road, pay £300. These aren't unusual cases - all but one are through the major estate agents in town.

You'll find something, don't worry - the guy/girl above is a bit of an idiot.
