Place 2011/12 allowing a cat?

I'm a female postgrad who has a very loving cat. The flat I've been living the last few years has gotten quite ridiculously expensive (even for St Andrews!), as it's jumped nearly £200 in rent monthly, and I'm trying to find somewhere for next term that will allow me and my cat.
