There is a room available in a fully furnished, comfortable cottage in Tentsmuir Forest. It is a charming location, nestled directly behind the Kinshaldy Stables (for anyone interested in riding), near several picturesque forest walks, and a few minutes walk to the beach. The cottage has a sizable, fully outfitted kitchen, a lounge with fireplace, seating, and an entertainment area, a large bathroom for personal use, and three rooms with spacious windows.

Due to the location, the tenant will need a vehicle. The nearest bus station is approximately 3 miles in Leuchars. This property is also dog-friendly with a large fenced back garden. The cottage is occupied by the landlady, Farida, and her son. She is looking for a mature lodger, preferably a postgraduate or staff member.
