I'm am looking for a new flatmate for next academic year. 2 person flat. Greenside Place (just off of Abbey st. behind the Byre Theatre) Rent is currently 350 pounds a month (10 month lease) and isn't expected to go up any more than 10 pounds. Utilities are reasonable.

I'm a current third year studying international relations and modern history.
