I have a lovely room available in a university-managed house in Hope Street. The room is available to any St Andrews university student, and the other residents are postgrads. It's a large, friendly house with around 17 residents and two large shared kitchens. There's also a common room and bathrooms shared betwen 3-4 people. The room is a spacious basement room with plenty of cupboard-space, polished wood floor and a comfy sofa. Rent is approximately £460, and the contract ends 13 August 2011. I am flexible about when you move in, but you'd need to take out the contract with the university until 13 August.
