I'm fairly easy going and (I would like to think) straight forward enough to live with without much hassle. Doing the PhD on visual perception, Ex-physics, Into music and painting and stuff like that, from Belfast, etc etc.

Hi there,

We are a 3 bed flat looking for one more flat-mate for 2011/12 year. My flatmate Chris and I are currently in 2nd yeas.
It is a lovely Victorian flat on Lade Braes (accessible via South St).
10 month lease (Sep-June) at £476 pcm, or £110 per week. Sorry I realise this isn't from July - but hey!
The flat is recently refurbished and redecorated, and the room has a double bed, desk, plenty storage space etc.
