House needed - willing to take almost anything right now!

I know it's a long shot posting in here, but I thought it'd be worth a try.

I'm a second year student at St Andrews (going to be third year for the academic year beginning in 2011) and I'm looking for housing next year. We were originally looking for a three-bedroom, close to town, for not much more than £4500 a year, including bills. However, we're negotiable on room numbers (I have LOTS of friends in the same position) and location if needs be. We've gone through all the agencies and are getting pretty desperate. Parental guarantors and references are not a problem.
