i have a single room available in a first floor two bedroom flat, from the beginning of march.
The flat also has a large living room, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
You would be sharing the flat with myself, i am a PhD student in the chemistry department. I am quiet, keep the place clean and am easy to get along/ live with.
The rent is £375 per month and includes bills (sky, broadband, gas and electricity).
