Hello! We are two girls (current 2nd and 3rd year) looking for a third flatmate for next year. The house is on Sandyhill Crescent (an 8 min walk from town) and rent is £380/month including bills. It's a 10 month lease: September 2011 through June 2012. It's a comfortable, clean flat with a nice, sizeable living room and kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom.
