I'm looking for a flatmate for a flat that is almost mine for next year! I am a female going into 3rd year. It is a two person flat right near the Raisin. The rent is £450 per month for 10 months but might increase slightly based on the landlord. Person must be fairly tidy and willing to pitch in on occasion for cleaning! Hope to hear from you soon!
