Seeking postgrad female flatmate 2011-2012

I am looking for a female postgrad flatmate for the next academic year. I will be pursuing an MLitt in English. The ideal person would be friendly,relaxed and relatively clean. I am currently in contact with a few landlords about local flats and plan to rent a place within walking distance of the university. Looking at finding someone to rent with before I close a lease. Price ranges I'm looking at would be around £450-500pp, including utilities.
