Needing a room for next academic year

Hi there, going into third year and desperately need a room for next year. Rent cap is around 100 a week if lease is for 12 months. Friendly and won't be a hassle.

We really need a fourth for our house in Greenside court for next year. We are less than 5 minutes off south street, near the bute/the byre.

Our rent is £425 a month, but it is only a 10 month lease. we have a big lounge (with TV+DVD) and a big kitchen (with washer dryer)
