URGENT!! Needing 2 rooms for academic year 2011-2012

Hi, me and my current flatmate are trying to find a flat or two free rooms for the up coming academic year. We are desperate and have had no luck so far! Any suggestions about spare rooms, landlords, letting agencies............yes,we are truly desperate.........thank you we would be greatly appreciative.
