Two Bedroom Flat available Jan-May 2012

I am looking for 2 people to take over my flat from Jan to May 2012. The flat is in an excellent spot close to the west port and is in great shape. I am looking for tidy, responsible students only. The flat has a nice kitchen and living room and the rooms have double beds. You will be responsible for 345 each in rent, plus bills - electric, internet, phone.
