1 flatmate needed for a gorgeous, cheap 4 person flat

We applied and signed the lease for a 4 bedroom house in chambers place in st andrews. The house has 3 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom. We are looking for 1flatmate to live with us (3 2nd year female students - will be 3rd years next year) in one of the double bedrooms. We originally had a 4th flatmate however she has since decided to leave uni. The flat is uni managed and so it is a 10 month lease and the rent is 400 a month

Okay so i made a slight mistake and forgot to say that the lease is from 1st september 2011 to June 10th (or something very close to that date) and so I'm afraid this isn't suitable for the first girl.
